it's a beautiful day, i'm gaining momentum on my research proposal, and i just had a wonderful lunch with the family: ham and eggs, green beans, and pieces of a couple different "Pâtisseries salées (salty)," which i hadn't tried before - warm flaky pastries with goat cheese, or with chicken and spinach, or (my favorite) with salmon and leek. oo-ee!
i think i might head into town to make the best of the weather...
