today i bought some train tickets: Montpellier to Nice (where i'll stay for 2 days); from there to Genoa and then to Rome (where i'll stay 2 days); then to Florence and Venice for a couple days each (those ones i'll actually have to buy in Italy, since they weren't for sale at the station here...); then back home from Venice, by way of Milan and Nice. i leave in a week.
i dove yesterday to catch a frisbee, which wasn't a good idea because we were basically playing on firm gravel. so now i have some beat up skin here and there, and i'm bummed only because i know its the kind of thing that's going to scab and bother me for like 3 weeks. the worst part, actually, is that i didn't even catch it...
the good news is that i did create a facebook group for pick-up ultimate in Montpellier and notified all the players i know, including the president of the local team. we're giving it a shot this weekend.
well, i'm off in a little bit to go ice skating with my french buds from class. sorry i didn't have anything more interesting to say.
