alors, maybe a quick summary of the last couple days...
i finally bought a pass for the metro, so i'm not stealing that service anymore... i feel like the king of the tram. i use it all the time.
i've also been walking alot, and my feet are tired. mostly between the tram and campus or home. i wish i had a bike, craigslist isn't that big of a deal in montpellier it turns out. whatever.
i had my ultimate frisbee PE class today. these suckers haven't got enough exposure to the sport so i whupped 'em they don even know what hit i tell ya.
it snowed yesterday - i'm pretty sure the first time i've seen snow on palm trees. in fact, i don't think i had even realized there were palm trees all over the place until i saw snow on them.
there was probably a centimeter of snow, and i think most of it melted by today, but somehow it caused the cancellation of my paléoenvironnement class today.
as of yesterday, i think i have a grasp of what's going on in my urban planning class (for the moment) thanks to the patient TA in the discussion session.
finally, i am starting to look into the possibility of summer research through pomona, which could (best-case scenario) get me some cash and allow me to stay wherever i want this summer - maybe even france!
